If you want to place an order, ask about a pattern, or get a sample and the site is not cooperating, we will take care of it directly.

The standard we are working to

This site is being brought to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That work is under way now and runs on a schedule, page template by page template, with the most used paths first: browsing patterns, product pages, samples, and checkout.

We are not claiming the site meets that standard today. We are telling you what we are measuring against, what has been done, and how to reach a person while the rest is in progress.

Where the work stands

  • The site is tested with automated checks in two browser engines, Chromium and WebKit, on desktop and mobile screen sizes, and by hand using a keyboard alone.
  • Testing covers the home page, collection pages, product pages, cart, search, account, and policy pages.
  • Findings are recorded with the date they were found and the date they were fixed.
  • Alternative text for product and lifestyle images is being reviewed and rewritten across the catalog.
  • Third-party tools on the site, including the room visualizer and the color search, are being tested and raised with their vendors.

Known limits

Accessibility here is ongoing work, not a box checked once. Some parts of this site come from third parties, including the room visualizer, the color search tool, the wallpaper calculator, and email sign-up. Those are outside our direct control. We test them, we report what we find to the companies that make them, and if one of them gets in your way, tell us and we will get you what you need another way.

Checkout runs on Shopify's hosted checkout, which Shopify builds and maintains.
