After we receive your order, it will be made specifically for you. Therefore online orders have a lead time of 10-14 days and ship from the USA.

How should I report a missing or damaged/defective item from my order?

We take great pride in inspecting all orders prior to shipping. Please report any damaged or missing items to info@mitchellblackhome.com within 7 days of delivery.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

All of our wallpapers are printed to order. True to our sustainability mission we don’t “put ink to paper” until we receive your orders, which is why we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We highly encourage everyone to order samples and contact us if you have any questions.

Our murals are printed in 24" wide panels. For example, if the mural size is 12 ft Wide, the mural will come as 6 panels, each 24" wide. The overall size of each mural is determined by your selection. We also offer custom sized murals. Please contact info@mitchellblackhome.com

Each wallpaper order is CUSTOM PRINTED for color consistency. We recommend you calculate the total amount needed for a single pattern before placing order. Future orders of the same item may vary slightly in color.
