Mitchell Black produces high-quality wallpaper and decor products on several materials and substrates. For our consumer customers we offer here online those materials most often viewed as convenient to apply and remove with or without the aid of a professional wallpaper hanger.

Members of the Interior Design Trade may opt for commercial grade materials including TYPE II Contract Grade vinyls or wish to purchase materials by the yard. All Mitchell Black wallpapers, wallcoverings and floor vinyls are produced in the US, using eco-friendly materials, inks and machinery.

PEEL & STICK NATURAL PAPER: Our self-adhesive¬†paper is easy to install and remove. This natural substrate provides a matte-finish and subtle texture perfect for image based wallpapers.
PEEL & STICK VINYL: Stick it on...peel it off! This self-adhesive substrate is repositionable and wipeable. This material is thick and durable with a sheen finish.
PRE-PASTED PAPER: This eco-friendly option is pre-pasted with water-activated adhesive. Just wet the back of the paper with water, "book" it (meaning fold the sticky part on to itself), wait 2 minutes, hang and smooth! Our pre-pasted paper is also very easy to remove!
MATTE VINYL: Requires wallpaper paste. This vinyl wallpaper is slightly textured and delivers a beautiful matte finish. This is an excellent substrate for photography-based wallpaper patterns.
CONTRACT GRADE PAPER*: A smooth finish compliant with a durability standard for commercial wallcoverings. This substrate is scrub and scratch-resistant and has been tested according to Type II ASTM F793 standard and test procedure.
GRASSCLOTH: Natural fiber in a neautral earthy tone. Not available online. Special order with select patterns.
FLOOR MATS: Vinyl floor mats are washable indoor/outdoor flooring covering with great color saturation and a 3 yr color fade guarantee. Perfect for use in a kitchen, water closet, restroom, deck, backyard, kid's playroom, etc. Available in 6 sizes and many designs with 4 week ship date - totally worth the wait!
100% BELGIAN LINEN: Sold by the yard and 54” wide including blank edge. Although spot cleaning is possible, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Some prints can fade in sunshine, over time. Ideal for drapery, pillows, and small upholstery pieces, i.e. ottoman, bench, chairs.
COTTON/LINEN BLEND (55/45): Sold by the yard and 54” wide including blank edge. Although spot cleaning is possible, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Some prints can fade in sunshine, over time. Lighter than the 100% Belgian Linen and ideal for drapery, pillows, and small upholstery pieces, i.e. ottoman, bench, chairs.
OUTDOOR/INDOOR PERFORMANCE FABRIC: Sold by the yard and 54” wide including blank edge. Fade resistant and water resistant. Ideal for outdoor and high-traffic upholstery and projects.
VELVET: Sold by the yard and 54” wide including blank edge. Although spot cleaning is possible, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Some prints can fade in sunshine, over time. Ideal for drapery, pillows, and upholstery.
