How should I report a missing or damaged/defective item from my order?
We take great pride in inspecting all orders prior to shipping. Please report any damaged or missing items to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
All of our wallpapers are printed to order. True to our sustainability mission we don’t “put ink to paper” until we receive your orders, which is why we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We highly encourage everyone to order samples and contact us if you have any questions.
Each wallpaper order is CUSTOM PRINTED for color consistency. We recommend you calculate the total amount needed for a single pattern before placing order. Future orders of the same item may vary slightly in color.
